We take care of your calls

We answer all your calls for you. When your client rings your line, our receptionist greets them using your company name, informs them that you are not currently available and asks if they would like to leave a message or be transferred to you, depending on your instructions.
We take down the relevant details and then send you the message instantly via email.

We will aim to respond to inquiries such as: opening hours; appointment bookings; general product prices; or any general knowledge about your services and products as far as we can answer.

Calls will be answered every day from 9:00 till 5:00 and Friday from 9:00 till 1:00. Saturday and Sunday is closed. Evening service available from 8pm till 10pm.

If all operators are busy there will be a queuing system in place so you can be sure all calls will be answered. There will be a voicemail option too if customers want to leave a message.

If you have your own database where you want us to input messages or orders you must ensure that your program can be shared with us.

We can offer a call forwarding system to your phone for out of hours if so you don’t lose any business.

We are flexible to your individual requirements.

Some of our clients simply ask us to manage the overflow when they are too busy, while others regard us as their full-day reception. We are also happy to provide short-term cover, for a company away day, shut-down period, or while your receptionist is away on holiday.
