Q.  How long does it take to set up?
A.  Up to 24 hrs.

Q.  Can I keep my existing number?
A.  Yes. However, your existing line will be disconnected and there will be a small set up fee.

Q.  Can I still receive calls when your offices are closed?
A.  Yes. With our call forwarding service we can automatically forward you your calls out of hours so you don’t lose any business opportunity.

Q.  Can i cancel the service at any time?
A.  You can cancel the service at any time during the first month. However, after that there is a contract in place for 6 months. If you wish to terminate the contract you must give us 2 weeks notice before the end of the 6 month contract.

Q.  What happens if my customer calls and the line is busy?
A.  The caller will be put in a queue with music. However, they will be given an option to leave a message if they wish. We will then deal with it according to your instructions. We can either call them back or forward you the message.
